Job Summary The Enterprise Systems Administrator is a full-time, on-site position that will have an important role in managing and supporting the IT infrastructure and addressing complex end-user issues in a cross-platform environment at Elements Connect, running the latest Mac OS and Windows 11, maintaining SaaS applications, managing network and AV systems, and mentoring junior IT staff. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges methodically. Responsibilities * End-User Support: Provide high-level technical support for Mac OS and Windows 11 users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues. * Microsoft Azure & O365 Administration: Managing Microsoft's multiple administrative consoles to support Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments, including user provisioning, security, compliance, and troubleshooting. * SaaS Platform Management: Administer various SaaS platforms such as Box, Adobe, 1Password, AWS, Zoom, Google Workspace, and MDM/RMM solutions (Atera preferred). * Networking: Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, particularly Ubiquiti equipment, ensuring continuous uptime and optimal performance and security. * PowerShell Scripting: Utilize PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and improve system efficiency. * AV Conferencing Systems: Configure and support AV conferencing systems to ensure seamless collaboration for remote and in-office employees. * Security & Compliance: Implement best practices, monitor for vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies. * Mentoring & Training: Guide and mentor Level 1 technicians, providing training and escalation support. * Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures. Identify opportunities for system improvements and process automation. * Technical Writing & Documentation: Develop clear and comprehensive how-to guides, FAQs, and documentation to assist clients and internal teams use IT systems effectively.
