Job Responsibilities:
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Software Account Manager to drive adoption, rollout, and customer satisfaction of our internal software platforms across Magna's global manufacturing network. This role bridges technical deployments with stakeholder relationship management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Magna sites during software onboarding, rollout, and sustainment
* Own and manage the full software deployment lifecycle across multiple programs and plants, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
* Build strong relationships with plant managers, IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure ongoing engagement and feedback
* Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into scalable feature sets and deployment strategies
* Develop rollout plans, training schedules, and success metrics tailored to individual site needs
* Resolve issues, escalate risks, and coordinate cross-functional resources to maintain timelines and quality
* Track usage, KPIs, and satisfaction across sites; proactively identify opportunities for expansion and optimization
* Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or enterprise software deployment
* Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, or industrial automation environments
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams
* Experience deploying internal or external SaaS platforms at scale
* Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic)
Preferred
* Background in operations, industrial systems, or implementation consulting
* Familiarity with ERP, MES, or automation orchestration tools
