You understand marketplaces and the dynamics of supply, demand, and reliability. You’ve likely worked at a tech startup, scaled a category or region from zero, or helped turn an early-stage commercial play into a multi-million dollar engine. You’re analytical, relentless, and deeply commercial — and you know that growth doesn’t happen without world-class execution.
You have:
- Marketplace & Operational Know-How: You understand the moving parts of a three-sided platform — especially the commercial and fulfilment dynamics between buyers, suppliers, and operations.
- Enterprise Sales & Account Expansion Experience: Proven ability to close and grow large accounts, ideally in complex, high-SKU environments like B2B marketplaces or supply chain tech.
- Bias for Execution: You get things done. You move fast, find scrappy solutions when needed, and don’t wait around for perfect conditions.
- Strong Analytical Thinking: You're comfortable with data — GMV, fulfilment %, contribution margin — and use it to steer decision-making.
- Hands-On Commercial Hustle: You’re equally at ease negotiating a high-value enterprise deal or getting on a call with a supplier to unblock an urgent fulfilment issue.
- Customer-Centric Operator: You think in terms of customer needs, and relentlessly work backwards from what will deliver lasting value.
What You’ll Be Working On
As
Strategic Enterprise Sales and Operations Manager, you'll drive Qogita’s enterprise growth engine end-to-end — from first outreach to scaling complex commercial relationships. You’ll own the full customer journey, ensuring our most strategic buyers and sellers get to high-volume, high-fulfilment execution fast.
Reporting to the COO, you’ll work at the intersection of sales, supply, and operations — identifying GMV potential, fixing fulfilment gaps, and building scalable playbooks. Your impact will directly drive revenue, margin, and the strength of Qogita’s marketplace flywheel.
- Enterprise Sales & Customer Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close strategic enterprise customers — from multi-category online retailers to specialized beauty platforms and pharmacies.
- Supplier Performance & Fulfilment Oversight: Own fulfilment success for your accounts — from flagging supplier gaps to working cross-functionally to improve allocation and on-time delivery.
- Strategic Account Management: Grow and expand key enterprise relationships, ensuring Qogita is a core partner in their procurement and supply chain.
- Marketplace Growth Strategy: Build and refine commercial playbooks to improve supplier matching, pricing competitiveness, and customer retention across the platform.
- Product & Ops Feedback Loop: Be the voice of the enterprise customer internally, helping shape tooling, automation, integrations, and workflows to better serve complex needs.
- Deep KPI Ownership: Track and act on performance data — GMV growth, fulfilment rates, customer lifecycle, pricing competitiveness, and contribution margins.
- Zero-to-One Execution: Tackle the problems no one owns yet. Whether it's a fulfilment challenge or an integration hurdle, you'll take it on and drive it forward.
