Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales – Key Accounts professional to manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients—driving the full sales cycle from net-new logo acquisition and solution design through contract negotiation, upsell, and renewals—while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and consistently meet KRAs for revenue growth, retention, sales-cycle efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts (e.g., large FMCG and beverage brands), ensuring high retention and steady revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align Wendor’s roadmap with each client’s business objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational queries.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, swift issue resolution, and continuous value delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential escalations, maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Lead renewal and expansion discussions, negotiate contract terms, and secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform account strategies and product feedback.
  • Share insights internally to guide product enhancements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Generate regular account performance reports, highlighting usage patterns, ROI metrics, and growth opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations during executive business reviews.



Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or enterprise client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, hardware-tech, IoT, or vending automation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software.
  • Location: Gurugram. This is an in-office position.


Preferred:

  • Domain experience in CPG, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
  • Track record of scaling revenue in high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with procurement, logistics, or broader supply-chain SaaS solutions.
