Summary

Systematics is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing key top enterprise client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within strategic accounts within Israel.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with systematics goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential
  • Drive sales initiatives within strategic accounts, collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Act as a client advocate within systematics, ensuring client feedback is communicated effectively and promptly, addressing any concerns or issues
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts

.Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields - an advantage
  • Proven strategic sales/account management track record, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors
  • Strong understanding of Solidworks/ ERP solutions or similar software suites - An advantage
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
