Enterprise Risk Project Manager

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite in Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 2+ years

Anticipated Hours: 40 hours per week

No third parties or Corp to Corp please.


Work with the Senior Director – Enterprise Risk Management & Integration, to support the enterprise risk management program, and provide highest level of project management expertise and consultation to the business to meet department and enterprise-wide goals.

This role has a specific focus on risk response efforts to reduce “people, process, technology” risks identified through the enterprise risk assessment. Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects tied to these risks from initiation through completion, according to specifications and within budgeted costs.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Independently leads highly complex and strategic cross-departmental project/support assignments and/or participates in cross-departmental projects with responsibility for managing scope, risk, business value, schedule, and budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and risk management teams, to ensure alignment on risk-related objectives and the integration of risk response efforts into business planning processes.
  • Identifies and solves a range of problems. Analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures, developing a recommended approach.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and revising project deliverables. Responsible for gathering and delivering metrics as required by the project.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of presentations to executive committees and senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives related to risk management, including the enhancement of the company’s risk appetite framework, risk policies, risk governance structures, while also supporting enterprise risk education and skill strategy advancement.
  • Support other Enterprise Risk Management & Resiliency (ERMR) initiatives in coordination with the ERMR leadership team.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in project management, risk management, audit, compliance, or privacy.

  • Innovation / Transformation: Must be able to operate effectively within, and contribute to, a culture of innovation. Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to redesign existing processes and/or develop new processes to facilitate transformation within ERMR and the Company.
  • Data & Analysis: Established ability to gather, analyze, use, draw conclusions from, and report information collected via quantitative or qualitative methods, and to measure levels of risk over time and against risk appetite, tolerances, and limits, including establishing meaningful metrics.
  • Leadership & Communications: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including effective decision making, consultation, and communication (written and oral, with ability to present effectively to a variety of audiences), and NM enterprise savvy to navigate, influence and inform multiple key internal stakeholders
  • Advisor: Trusted advisor and builder of strong, collaborative relationships with key business and risk partners to align and deliver on cross functional, enterprise solutions.
  • Enterprise Acumen: Strong finance, planning, strategy, and operations skills, including the ability to understand how initiatives drive business outcomes and drive work through the processes and procedures within NM to ensure leadership buy-in and execution quality.


Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
