We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Implementation Manager to lead and manage end-to-end implementation of global ERP systems.

Core Expertise : The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on any major ERP platforms such as Infor, Oracle, Epicor, Ramco, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, SAP, or similar, and will demonstrate strong project management capabilities across multiple functional modules. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese, and deep knowledge of business processes and ERP systems.

Job Description

• Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from planning to post-go-live support.
• Managing key stakeholders and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements and ERP configuration changes.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Ensure SLA adherence, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, DBA technicians and end-users.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of successfully implementing any global ERP systems (e.g., Infor, Oracle, Epicor, Ramco, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, SAP, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of multiple ERP functional modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Maintenance and CRM.
• Minimum work experience of 10 years in ERP implementation and 5 years in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Candidate needs to be based in Lisbon.
