We’re supporting a digital consulting client in search of a Functional Consultant who can bridge the world of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and modern workplace transformation using tools like Copilot and Power Platform.

If you’ve touched ERP (D365, SAP, Oracle) and have a passion for user enablement, workflow design, and driving adoption — this hybrid role could be for you.

🔹 About the Company

Our client is a well-established Microsoft partner delivering high-impact ERP, AI, and M365 solutions across manufacturing, utilities, and services. The team operates at the intersection of business process, cloud modernization, and user-centered change.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and tailor ERP implementations (Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.) across full lifecycle
• Lead workshops and Fit & Gap analysis with end users and execs
• Design adoption strategies for M365 & Copilot (AI integrations, training, enablement)
• Act as the bridge between business requirements and modern digital tools

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of ERP consulting or IT transformation experience
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, SAP, or equivalent systems
• Experience delivering user training or business-side enablement
• Fluent Japanese required (client-facing); basic English preferred
