They're currently in the exciting phase of launching NetSuite (go-live is May 1st!) and need a sharp contract professional to ensure a smooth data transition from QuickBooks. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a critical project during a key growth period.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Focus on verifying the accuracy and proper population of data within the new NetSuite environment.
• Perform transaction matching and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize your strong understanding of accounting principles, potentially including journal entries.
• Bonus: Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes would be highly valued.

About the Work Environment:

You'll be joining a company with a rich history and a passionate team dedicated to excellence in the cycling world. While currently undergoing some office construction, they are committed to providing a comfortable workspace should you prefer to work on-site. However, this role offers significant flexibility for remote work, with only occasional office visits for initial setup and check-ins.

The team is collaborative and driven, and you'll be working closely with the CFO as they navigate this NetSuite implementation. Technology You'll Use:

• NetSuite (experience preferred, but experience with other ERP systems is a plus!)
• QuickBooks (previous system)

Contract Details:

• This is a 90-120 day contract with the potential for extension.
• Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered, offering flexibility based on your availability.
• Compensation ranges from $40-$65 per hour, commensurate with experience.
