Meta is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure, leveraging Meta's software and tooling stack.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of professional experience in network engineering. Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.). Proficiency in Python, or other similar programming languages. Proficiency in Linux/Unix MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Experience with troubleshooting problems as it relates to at least one networking system or platform (IP, Optical, Web servers, load balancers, storage systems etc). Experience with developing software in the context of building and/or operating large scale networking systems. Experience with network automation tools like Ansible, SaltStack, or Experience in designing, deploying and operating networks at scale. Experience with Data Centers and PoP/Colo both infrastructure and network engineering
