Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking four (4) Enterprise Integration Solutions Architects to support the IRS Middleware Services Branch (MSB) under its Enterprise Application Integration Broker (EAIB) program. These roles support a multi-year effort to modernize IRS infrastructure, align with key legislative mandates, and deliver secure, scalable middleware and integration solutions.

In This Role, You Will
Lead and support technical integration and modernization across EAIB systems
Architect and troubleshoot middleware services, including:
Java Messaging Service (JMS)
Universal Messaging (UM)
Integration Servers (IS)
My webMethods Server (MWS)
JDBC Adapters
IBM MQ connectivity to IRS mainframes
Perform triage, restart, and patch validation for EAIB systems (OS, DB, MQ, application)
Oversee SSL certificate renewals, POA&M updates, and vulnerability remediation
Validate and monitor EAIB VMs and queues across production and test environments
Support cloud integration with AWS and Azure, including platform assessment and migration
Contribute to Identity Credential & Access Management Modernization (ICAMM) initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, architecture design sessions, and risk reviews
Develop and maintain enterprise artifacts: project schedules, integrated master plans, release plans, and change logs
Generate weekly/monthly reports, metrics dashboards, and system health checks
Deliver knowledge transfer plans, documentation libraries, and training materials to support transition and continuity
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enterprise IT integration, architecture, or infrastructure operations
Expertise in middleware platforms, message brokers, and integration servers (JMS, MQ, MWS, JDBC Adapters)
Strong understanding of secure infrastructure patching, system triage, and VM monitoring
Experience supporting cloud-based and hybrid environments, including AWS and Azure
Familiarity with program documentation, change control, and release governance processes
Proficiency in facilitating cross-functional technical workshops and stakeholder coordination
Strong technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills in federal environments
