Enterprise Data Architect - Azure

The Role

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Data Officer, to define and implement the architectural roadmap for a modern data platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture Design: Define scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures for enterprise-wide data platforms
• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CDO to shape data governance, compliance, and long-term strategy
• Cloud & AI/ML Enablement: Lead adoption of cloud-native tools and AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Azure services
• Modern Stack Implementation: Champion best practices using Snowflake, dbt, and related technologies
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align business needs with technical execution across diverse stakeholder groups
• Innovation Mindset: Stay current with GenAI, LLM applications, and emerging trends in enterprise data

Essential Experience

• Enterprise architecture experience in data engineering or cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, and Azure AI/ML services
• Strong data modeling and data warehousing capabilities
• Familiarity with event-driven, serverless, and scalable architecture patterns
• Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on coding with SQL, Python, or Spark
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Snowflake
• Exposure to CDO office initiatives or data democratization programs
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models in enterprise contexts
