Summary

Fulfil helps high-growth, high-volume merchants simplify operations and scale for growth. With the rise in omnichannel commerce, Fulfil was founded with the simple idea that merchant operations need to be simplified to deliver amazing retail experiences. Fulfil enables businesses to turn their back-office operations into an accelerator for growth by integrating order management, inventory management, warehouse management, vendor/supplier management, wholesale, manufacturing, financials and customer service, into one seamless solution. We believe merchants should love their ERP, and we work hard to make that happen every single day.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by connecting with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for impactful sales conversations. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a consultative enterprise sales environment, hone your skills, and grow into a future leader within our team.

  • Set measurable outcomes by booking meetings, creating validated opportunities, and contributing to deals closed.
  • Partner with a sales engineer, account executive, and sales manager to deliver a consultative enterprise sales experience.
  • Participate in Fulfil’s comprehensive bootcamp to develop a deep understanding of our product and customers.
  • Assist in closing enterprise B2B SaaS sales contracts between 50-100K in size and working with multiple senior-level stakeholders in the deal cycle along the way
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for thoughtful, high-agency interactions.

  • A strong sense of organization, an inbox-zero mindset, and the agility to pivot and engage with fresh leads in real-time.
  • Tech-savviness and a commitment to efficiency. Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social selling is a plus.
  • A mindset for growth, as our BDRs often evolve into roles like Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Support Specialist, or Success/Account Management.
