In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you * We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Architecture Documentation Specialist to manage and document enterprise architecture tasks in the areas of infrastructure and applications. This role involves recording, evaluating, and presenting both business and IT information. * Duties and Responsibilities: * Collect and consolidate information on interfaces, applications and business capabilities from application owners and business units. * Support out departments in the administration of high level designs. * Maintaining and updating the collected information in LeanIX. * Regular evaluation of data in LeanIX and continuous improvement of data quality. * Creating graphically appealing diagrams and reports in LeanIX. * Close collaboration and communication with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization. * Working independently and using remote desktop tools to collaborate with the team. * Regular travel (up to ten times a year) from Hungary to Germany to work onsite with the team and drive projects forward. What you will need for successful work * Technical Skills: * Degree in computer science, information technology, business information technology, or related field with relevant working experience * Confident with EA tools, preferably LeanIX, or willingness to learn LeanIX quickly. * Skills in graphic design and creation of appealing diagrams and reports. * Proven expertise in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience working with remote desktop tools and independently improving data quality. * Soft skills: * Strong communication skills and enjoy working with diverse teams and knowledge workers. * Very good written and spoken German and English. * High self-motivation, diligence and perseverance in completing tasks. * Detail orientation and a meticulous approach to work. * Willingness to learn and openness to new challenges. * Ability to work in a team and to give and receive constructive feedback. * A high degree of independence and the ability to manage projects independently.
