Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Enterprise Architect.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and socialize the Enterprise Architecture vision for the conglomerate

• Builds relationships and trust with stakeholders / domain leaders to understand business strategy

and future needs / OGSM

• Influences / provides guidance on business capability models representing the future state vision

and current state for key domains

• Drive the execution of the overall Enterprise Architecture

• Reviews projects and solutions for alignment to enterprise architecture vision.

• Participates in RFIs/RFPs and solution design, provides guidance to architects and development

teams throughout the scoping, design, and implementation phases

• Partners / Influences Project management, IT, and Digital transformation office to align initiatives

with the transformation roadmap

• Monitors, explores, and drives POCs of new technologies

• Architecture governance and change management

• Define and maintain IT architecture standards and principles, manage the IT application and

architecture repository

• Ensures that capabilities, applications, technologies of the enterprise are maximized

• Leads the management, monitoring, and resolution of architecture exceptions

Qualifications

• College Graduate with preference for Engineering or IT related courses.

• At least 10 years’ experience in IT

• 5 years’ experience in enterprise, solutions, or data architecture

• Must have EA certifications or trainings (Informa/formal training), TOGAF certification – any

certifications related to EA frameworks

• Experience leading IT transformation, digitization, automation initiatives

• Experience in solution delivery across multiple IT domains / service lines

• Experience either in manufacturing, banking, retail, or real estate firms

• Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Comfortable engaging with C-level leadership

• Experience in cloud and integration architecture
