The Opportunity

Adobe Senior Enterprise Architect (EA) position is a client-facing role requiring both technical and business/marketing knowledge. EA will partner with other Adobe consultants to understand, review Customer unique business requirements and assist to define, plan and execute strategies. EA will be closely working with Customers & Implementation Partners to assist reviewing and providing best practice recommendation on design architectures, strategic roadmaps, and drive business value from the platform and enable them to adopt & scale-up in their maturity roadmap. It is a technical advisory role and requires a solid technical acumen in digital marketing technology and enterprise architecture. This role involves constant Customer and Partner interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a recognized expert/SME for Adobe internal and regional partners.
  • Lead multiple Customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with our Clients & Implementation Partners.
  • Build custom enterprise architectures and roadmaps to achieve defined needs.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
  • Define governance and operational models to support clients’ technology goals.
  • Provide advisory to key partners with industry best practices & recommendations throughout the implementation process.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Enable existing/new team members with new product features, project-based takeaways and support with any issues or queries.
  • Build and/or leverage strong processes and standardized templates to deliver better quality and timely delivery.

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ yrs. of overall experience in a client-facing role, with consistent record to develop enterprise architecture models.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business strategy efficiently to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe experience cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience designing and/or implementing solutions for any of the following: Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, Marketing Automation, Online Ad targeting, Content Personalization
  • Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & services.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills - both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science with equivalent work
