Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Public Sector, OmniStudio, and GovCloud to deliver cutting-edge applications that meet the unique needs of our organization and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and align with business requirements. Salesforce Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Salesforce to enhance customer service processes and develop innovative solutions. Apply experience in implementing Salesforce applications within a government context, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors Degree Proven experience as a Salesforce Application Architect with a strong focus on Public Sector and OmniStudio. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development methodologies. Experience implementing Salesforce solutions within a GovCloud environment. Strong technical skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies. Ability to lead and mentor development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Preferred Skills and Experience Certifications in Salesforce Public Sector, OmniStudio, and other relevant areas. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Einstein Analytics. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Security Clearance: Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Work Location United States - Remote The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
