Summary

Main Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the program, covering unit testing, system testing, end-to-end integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and more. Lead and manage the testing activities throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of testing milestones. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate testing efforts, including multiple external partners, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of testing activities. Define and establish testing standards, processes, and best practices, leveraging industry standards and frameworks. Provide expert guidance and support to the project team on testing-related matters, including defect management, test automation, and performance testing. Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks, and take proactive measures to address any testing-related challenges. Qualifications / Skills Required Academic qualification / Speciality Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Level of minimal experience 6-8 years Experience Required skills 1. Interpersonal competency Interaction with and contact point between end users of IT systems, and IT developers Making presentations Problem troubleshooting 2. Analytical competency Ability to produce clear written information Attention to detail Structured testing 3. Personal attributes Self-disciplined and capable to work with delegated autonomy, or in a team Capable to propose or provide the most relevant solution for the prevailing work requirement Capable to provide direction and share information as required 6 months contract extendable
