Technical Business Analyst HANA Location: Toronto, CA (4 days in office) Responsibilities You must have proven record of working as a Senior Business Analyst. As a Lead BA, you will lead the charge in driving development across teams, collaborating with global stakeholders, and contributing to the successful implementation of regulatory technology solutions. Skills Must have Key Skills: Extensive and Demonstrable experience in SAP HANA Experience in Capital Markets Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on SAP data migration to other cloud platform services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake etc. Strong technical-functional background to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Highly collaborative mindset, emphasizing effective engagement with cross-functional teams. Experience supporting both local and global teams, with the ability to work seamlessly across different time zones. Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance to the team and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance. Nice to have Desirable: 1. Ideally a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field 2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator in technical environments 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies 6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 7. Experience working on complex change (preferable T&TR, but not essential), particularly with a focus on designing and executing testing. 8. AWS experience is highly desirable. 9. Data Analyst skill is highly desirable.
