Top Skills' Details

• Resource should be local to Chicago or Indianapolis. Open to 100% remote, need to come in to Chicago maybe 1x a month.
• Experience working within Property and Casualty Insurance companies is a MUST
• Working within specialty insurance is ideally a must. Understanding of MGU/MGA (managed general underwriter or agent). They really want an EA who understands their business.
• Working experience as EA within M&A
• Ability to work with stakeholder, sales teams and technical teams.
• Have to be able to quickly learn the environment.
• Need P&C experience. Ideally have E&S but have at least been exposed. Understand what an MGU is and what a broker is.
• P&C- should really have a fair amount of insurance chops.
• Want a range of exposure within P&C insurance companies- maybe they’ve done some digital, some underwriting, someone who really knows the business.
• Need someone who isn’t just theoretical. We inventory, we assess, build a detailed arch plan and cost
