We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the development of a regional technology strategy that aligns with corporate goals.

You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable technology solutions over the next 3 to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Understand corporate strategy and business needs to inform technology strategy
• Contribute to departmental and company technology strategy addressing challenges
• Deliver high-level architectural design in specific domains
• Collaborate with Architecture and delivery teams at various levels
• Work within SAFe framework or waterfall projects as required
• Support the ongoing agile transformation through the ADAPT program
• Assist domain and solution architects in translating IT strategy into infrastructure architecture
• Lead and contribute to reference architecture within your domain
• Factor in total cost of ownership implications in architectural decisions
• Apply architectural principles to security, privacy, and compliance
• Suggest innovative solutions to business and management challenges
• Drive strategic plans into concrete roadmaps and execution
• Evangelize Loyalty and Digital Marketing initiatives within the organization
• Support project delivery teams in embedding security and regulatory needs into designs
• Stay updated on emerging technologies
  
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in information systems, information management, computer science, or related field
• Experience in complex IT landscapes and large organizations with over 10 years
• Background as IT Architect and/or Enterprise Architect
• Experience with micro-service development for end-to-end customer journeys
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft
• Proficiency in project management and business systems requirements definition
• Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and DevOps
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure is desirable
• English language proficiency with effective communication and presentation skills
