We are looking for new colleagues as our business is growing fast. You will join a dynamic and results-oriented team of Product Market Managers, Management Consultants and Solution Architects in the Account Payments division where we work with industry leading solutions in the following areas:



  • Back-office payments processing for financial institutions
  • Clearing and Settlement//Automated clearing house solutions (CSM/ACH)
  • Messaging and connectivity services
  • Liquidity management solutions



We work together to deliver outstanding solutions to our clients for tomorrows digital payment ecosystems. We shape the future of our value propositions – new services, new features as well as making sure that our products are optimized and make use of appropriate technologies. Part of our work also involves conducting proof of concept to assess the viability of new insights and technologies.



Job description:



Position: Enterprise Architect with Payments domain knowledge.



Location: Bangalore



Relevant experience: 15 to 20 years



Education: Bachelors [B.E/MCA] or equivalent



Few of the things that we are looking from the position are



Strategy



  • Work with Product managers to define product roadmap from both technical and functional point of view.
  • Design organizational structure schemes to emphasize on Account payments overall strategy and goals.
  • Help product managers in evaluations of different solution and present to management on the investment to be done.



Process Enhancement



  • Provide recommendations and suggest improvements based on assessments conducted
  • Provide cost efficient ideas for IT and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with Architects of development teams to ensure the implementation of best practices for cloud-based solution development and also monitor the deployment process to ensure compliance with security policies.



Research



  • Perform research to stay ahead on the latest trends in the industry.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities by analyzing usage patterns, service utilization and making recommendations for optimizing resources



Mandatory Skills:



Functional skills:



  • Business knowledge: Knowledge on payments domain with exposure to account to account payments.
  • Functional knowledge: Knowledge on Account to account instant and batch payment processing.
  • Compliance: high level knowledge on various compliance related to account payments.
  • Pre sales: must have experience in pre-sales processes such as RFI and RFP.



Technical Skills:



  • Network Management: Knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and management tools to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Systems Analysis: Ability to assess IT processes and evaluate organizational structures in line with business strategies.
  • Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud architecture and deployment, including knowledge of various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Cybersecurity: Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements, as well as skills in implementing security measures (encryption, access controls, firewalls).
  • Data Governance: Familiarity with regulations and best practices regarding data privacy, security, and compliance across various sectors.



Analytical Skills:



  • Risk Assessment: Capability to identify vulnerabilities and discrepancies across various functional areas (engineering, accounting, etc.).
  • Cost Analysis: Skills in identifying cost optimization opportunities through data analysis and resource utilization patterns.



Strategic Skills:



  • Strategic Planning: Ability to design and implement organizational structures that align with overall business strategy and goals.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in recommending enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Skills in managing transitions and driving change within the organization to adapt to new practices and strategies.



Leadership and Communication Skills:



  • Training and Development: Skills to facilitate training sessions and coordinate learning and development initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, leadership, and IT teams to ensure alignment on best practices.
