Aperio Global supports the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and is seeking a high impact, full-time Enterprise Architect role specializing in ServiceNow. The program is centered on the assessment and transformation of the Authority's existing IT change, configuration, and release management process. The engagement offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-level IT modernization initiatives. The role is hybrid, with four days on-site per week at the Authority's Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, VA, and one day remote. This program provides a dynamic work environment, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and potential growth in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and ServiceNow ecosystem development.

The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in transforming how the Airports Authority manages IT change, configuration, and release processes. The position contributes directly to modernizing IT governance by leveraging ServiceNow to streamline operations and align with ITIL best practices. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor and technical lead in identifying inefficiencies, defining an improvement roadmap, and ensuring execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders across IT and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in change, configuration, and release management within an IT environment.
• Proven experience in analyzing and enhancing ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL best practices; ITIL certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with change management policy development and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive IT modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  
  

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in security requirements analysis and definition.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Specialized experience (5+ years) in defining security requirements for high-level systems
  
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow strategy development and roadmap execution.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks over change and configuration processes.
• Skills in enforcing documentation, testing, and approval controls during change implementations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in cross-functional environments..
  
  

Shift Schedule:

Hybrid work model: on-site Monday–Thursday, remote work available on one day (typically Friday).

• Standard business hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Salary Range:

The expected salary range for this position is$139,000 - $159,000
