🚀 Hiring: Enterprise Account Executive | San Fran


A fast-growing AI GTM startup (50-person team, $30M+ raised) is hiring an experienced Enterprise AE to join their early sales team. The product is a complex, high-value platform used by modern GTM teams, built to capture every buying signal and convert it into revenue.


This is not a founding AE role, but you’ll be early and instrumental. Think full-cycle sales, complex buyers, and strong technical backing.


What you’ll be doing daily:


  • Owning the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing strategic deals
  • Selling into sales and marketing teams (GTM buyers) across mid-market and enterprise
  • Navigating 4–6 month cycles with $75K–$200K ACVs
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership to close deals and refine positioning
  • Working closely with a top-tier SDR to build pipeline and iterate messaging
  • Feeding back insights from customer conversations to shape GTM strategy and product


Ideal profile:


  • 5+ of AE experience, with recent success in early-stage startups
  • Strong outbound muscle—this is a hunter role, not a farming one
  • Track record of hitting quota, earning promotions, and managing complex sales motions
  • Experience selling CRM, CDP, or other sophisticated B2B tools
  • Confident navigating ambiguity and helping define GTM playbooks


Package:


  • $150K base / $300K OTE (50/50 split)
  • Equity included
