Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Account Executive who excels at building strategic relationships and has a proven track record in selling software or consulting services to financial institutions. The ideal candidate is strategic, competitive, and passionate about delivering value to clients.



Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting lenders, banks, and credit unions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Aidium's solutions.


Business Development:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base within the financial services sector.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Aidium's brand and services.


Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design custom proposals and demonstrations.


Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Close deals effectively while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance Aidium's offerings.



Qualifications:


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in software or consulting services within the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.


Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.


Competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • High level of initiative, drive, and competitiveness.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
