A company is looking to hire an enterprise account executive in Austin, TX. The company specialized in construction/environmental based compliance software. This is a hybrid position that will be 3 days a week onsite in Austin, TX. This person will be the second enterprise account executive joining the team. This person will work closely with the CEO, engineering team, and other sales professionals.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of enterprise account executive experience (Needs to be coming from a smaller company, start up) - Sales analytic technology experience (Tools they use: Attio (CRM), Linekdin Sales Navigator, GoogleMeet, Loom, etc.) - Experience within startups; building sales processes from scratch - Excellent relationship building skills; being able to guide customers through complex sales cycles
Required Skills
- Someone who hasn't had multiple short term roles prior to this (24+ month tenures at previous companies) - People management skills - may have a smaller team to develop down the line - High energy personality and someone who is a self-starter
