Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
English Faculty member to inspire and empower learners in mastering English language skills for academic and professional success. This role involves teaching, curriculum development, and integrating modern approaches to language learning that align with real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Engaging Sessions: Deliver impactful lectures and interactive sessions on English language fundamentals, advanced communication skills, creative writing, and business communication.
- Curriculum Development: Design and continually enhance course materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and learner goals.
- Hands-On Learning: Facilitate practical exercises such as public speaking, group discussions, role-playing, and writing workshops.
- Assess Learner Progress: Evaluate students’ performance through assignments, presentations, and projects, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Incorporate Real-World Contexts: Share practical applications, case studies, and examples to enhance learning relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate: Work with academic teams to align training content with institutional objectives and industry demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of teaching or training experience in English language instruction.
- Proficiency in grammar, phonetics, creative writing, and advanced communication skills.
- Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and nurturing learners' growth.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting workshops, webinars, or corporate communication training.
- Knowledge of modern language tools such as Grammarly, MS Word, or online learning platforms.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural communication strategies and global workplace requirements.
