We are looking for a Vehicle Technician who will be responsible for preparing prototype and production level vehicles for Chassis Controls testing. This full time role requires the flexibility of traveling (40%) to various domestic and international destinations in summer and winter conditions. You will enable the testing of safety critical Chassis Controls software (Traction Control, Stability Control, Steering, ABS, etc.). * Support prototype vehicle builds * Maintain vehicles and update to latest specifications * Provide vehicle support at remote proving grounds * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues * Perform vehicle inspections * Track prototype parts * Coordinate vehicle and equipment logistics * Communicate issues discovered clearly and directly * Seasonal travel to proving grounds around the world (40%) * 3+ years Vehicle Technician experience * Valid driver's license required * Strong workmanship and attention to detail * Able to work against high-level goals without day to day oversight * Able to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment * Fabrication skills, preferred * Exposure to vehicle testing, preferred * Knowledge of CAN architecture, preferred
