Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role at the heart of systems innovation? At MFG we're looking for an Engineering Team Leader to drive the development, integration, and performance of all MFG systems. You'll lead a talented team of Programmers, ensuring top-level support, rapid issue resolution, and seamless system functionality.

More About The Role

• Design and deliver end-to-end systems, solutions, and services
• Lead software development activities and provide Level 3 technical support
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver key outcomes across system testing, set-up, and cutover execution
• Assign responsibilities clearly and sustainably across your team
• Support team capability building, especially in the technical areas critical to MFG's future
  
  

About You

• People Leadership
• Experience working with systems within a Retail environment
• Extensive experience in software engineering/development of business systems
• Net, Java, SQL proficient
• Documentation creation experience
