Responsibilities:

• Monitor the execution plan and be accountable for project Construction milestones;
• Monitor engineering procedure, engineering quality & material quality onsite.
• Conduct inspection of concealed works in the process of construction, record.
• Manage to ensure the engineering quality conform to the requirements of the project.
• Control and prevent nonstandard & unsafe operation onsite, report of engineering problems.
• Implement compliance action in accordance with company regulations.
• Conduct onsite quality inspection, Responsible for problem resolution and confirmation of rectification results.
• Record & report of engineering progress every day.

Requirement:

• Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication or relevant experience.
• More than 3 years related experience in Telecom industry as site supervisor or on-site engineer.
• Familiar with OSP and fixed line (FTTX, GPON, MSAN) knowledge.
• Familiar with local construction standard, specification, habits.
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Serbia language.
• Active drivers licence is must, with ability to travel to site frequently.
• Experience with local market telecom companies is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and TeleCAD GiS is a plus.
