Summary

About Us

At @Corgi, we’re a group of friends working hard to fix an outdated multi-trillion dollar industry. We’re well funded (backed by top investors) and our investors call us the “fastest growing startup they have ever associated with.” We’re looking for engineering interns who love the startup grind (we’re talking 7 days in office, late nights, and tight turnarounds) and ready to be part of a generational company.

We move fast and we grind. Only apply if you’re down for our definition of grind.

What You’ll Do

We want interns who can help reimagine this outdated industry from the ground up by building and deploying automations and AI systems with us.

Here’s What You Can Expect

  • Build AI agents to assist in processing and validating insurance documents
  • Develop real time monitoring systems to verify insurance policies
  • Build agentic systems to assist with customer support
  • Ensuring all systems achieve a high degree of quality

What You Bring

  • Exceptional technical ability: You love building things from 0 to 1. Especially things that are hard to build.
  • Ownership: We value extreme ownership and want people who think like founders—fast decision makers, natural problem solvers, and executers.
  • Bias towards action: Don’t think. Just do.
  • Big bonus if you have experience with AI/ML

Why Corgi?

  • Ground floor opportunity: Reshape and grow a revolutionary company with the resources to back it
  • Speed: We grow fast. We want you to fail fast and learn more.
  • Learning: Get mentorship from world-class talent (most of us are ex-founders).
  • Perks: Housing, travel, meals, etc.
  • Fun: We hit the gym/basketball courts almost every day together. We also do a weekly fun event led by @Nico Laqua and @Emily Yuan.

Technology

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind
  • Backend: Go, Python, Postgres

We also work with Docker, AWS, Terraform.

IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU, Tell Us About

  • projects you’ve worked on in the past
    • a demo of your work
  • something you’re mosts proud of
  • what gets you going
