Join the dynamic team at Pace Industries, as an Engineering Intern out of our Corporate office in Novi, MI. We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, and organized team player who is interested in gaining experience working with our production team and creating engineering drawings for our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, is a self-starter and is adaptable. The role reports into the Director of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate new quoting opportunities with our team members and customers.
* Develop a centralized database to manage the Engineering Drawings
* Support with creating engineering drawings for new and current products.

Qualifications
* Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
* Flexible and adaptive with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
* Analytical, capable of developing and managing related reports and metrics.
* Organized workstyle: effectively manages and prioritizes workload, high attention to detail, assumes and manages multiple tasks without close supervision, and consistently meets deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in working with confidential information.
* Proactive self-starter and understands the urgency of the talent function.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work the agreed number of hours in an office; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
