Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects focused on water and wastewater infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a bilingual professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, who is also willing to travel to various project sites across the island.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering
• Master’s degree preferred

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years managing engineering or water-related infrastructure projects

Licenses:

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Additional Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Availability to travel to multiple project sites within Puerto Rico
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills:
