Quality Assurance: Ensure that engineering designs and project outputs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures as needed to ensure financial objectives are met. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and technical specifications. Performance Evaluation: Conduct project post-mortems to analyze performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects. Travel: This position will require travel to customer sites for meetings, project completion, and employee training. Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering sector. Technical Skills: Rockwell PLC programming software. Knowledge of Food Processing a plus. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
