Location- Chennai/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale on-prem to AWS migration projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with technical leads, architects, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to define and deliver project goals and migration milestones.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, migration waves, timelines, and backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project scope, risks, budgets, and dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
• Track team velocity, burn-down charts, and KPIs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive collaboration and foster continuous improvement within teams through Agile best practices.
• Ensure compliance with cloud governance and AWS best practices throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Report project status and blockers to leadership, and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in technical project/program management or engineering leadership roles.
• Must have led Fixed Priced Projects
• Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum teams, preferably in enterprise or cloud-native environments.
• Proven track record leading AWS cloud migration projects, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or re-architecture efforts.
• Skilled in using project management and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional).

Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
