As a Team Manager in our Retail & Consumer business unit, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operational transition to a new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that processes and procedures are streamlined and effectively implemented. Team Manager (PM Shift) Kemps Creek & Prestons, NSW. The role We are looking for an experienced Team Manager (PM Shift) to join our Retail & Consumer function based in Prestons & Kemps Creek, NSW. As the Team Manager (PM Shift), you will: Successfully facilitate the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer. Compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and reported to ensure both the customer and Toll’s financial and audit expectations are met. Safety Culture meets both organisational and regional requirements. Managing direct reports comprising of team leaders and waged staff. About you To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 -5 Years in Logistics and Warehouse Management Demonstrated previous experience in managing a retail/consumer goods warehouse function. Proven experience in successfully managing employee base in a complex industrial industry. Experience in warehouse transitions. What moves you?
