Meta is seeking an Engineering Program Manager, Technical Operations to join our Data Center Engineering and Construction (DEC) team. Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly growing infrastructure operates, and our innovative services are delivered as we continue our mission to build community and bring the world closer together. The program enables the difficult design and decisions supporting the complex intersections of technical domains. Ultimately, this role focuses on Meta's engineering expertise to bring complex technical and cross-functional problems from definition through design to produce executable engineering packages specific to the Network Connectivity and Optical Engineering details of a building. This requires technical understanding of the building while also driving results with stakeholders across Infrastructure.Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as mechanical engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering, network connectivity engineering, construction engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Large scale critical infrastructure, Research and Development, and/or data center experience. Proven track record driving results on complex problems with many stakeholders. Experience building relationships and driving collaboration from cross-functional teams. 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management/Project Management. Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience. Understanding of Engineering details and the impacts of change across multiple disciplines. Proven communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail. Experience building relationships and collaboration within a wide-range of cross-functional teams. Experience with managing projects related to data center design, hardware design and capacity management. Knowledge of design, construction, network, hardware, capacity management. Experience adapting and learning new skill sets quickly. Global design experience.
