YOUR ROLE
Take responsibility for our Customer Programs end-to-end, managing internal and external stakeholders
Lead your program team to drive the completion of programs within time, budget, and scope constraints
Measure, track, and report on program performance, including key milestones
Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases and perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.)
Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
May supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
Promote internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
Strong strategic and operational project management skills, including goal setting, governance, and team leadership
Ability to measure, track, and report on program performance and milestones effectively
Experience in identifying and addressing areas for improvement, managing risks, and implementing countermeasures
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully liaising between project teams and external customers
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in specifics of Automotive Product Development, Quality Management and Manufacturing Process excellence
PM Certification is a plus
Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and in written
