Team Info: - This role is a part of the IT PMO - PMO is pretty similar to other IT PMO's, where we are responsible for creating and helping the organization execute programs with proper project management, but only as it relates to IT projects - ex. Software Upgrades, Hardware Installations, Office Renovations, IT Organization etc. -There is a team of 9 PMs (3 Senior), with anywhere from 4-15 years of experience who collectively partner on various projects. -The IT Portfolio teams also partner closely with the IT PMO to support specific business groups, but the IT PMO provides firmwide support ex. Core IT, Accounting, Marketing, Lawyers etc. -The PMO manages anywhere to 90-100 projects at one time. -This position will report into the Senior Manager of the PMO and will not have any direct reports, but is more so a product manager, partnering with PMs to ensure project delivery is according to plan. This person will not provide individual performance assistant, only oversight on the projects themselves. Ideal Candidate: -Experience championing PMO processes, ensuring consistency across all projects and programs. -Able to manage 1-2 high visibility complex and critical firmwide projects while overseeing 6-10 projects. -Fundamental Understanding of IT -Product based experience -10 plus years of experience is ideal, we will settle on 8, if all eight years are PM related. -Tools: We use Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Suite - Ideal if candidates have familiarity, not required. -IT Project experience is a MUST -Law Firm or Consulting Experience at a top IT Professional Services firm: CapGemini, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. -PMP Certification preferred. -Go Getter, accountable personality.
