Summary

We’re partnering with a leading renewable energy EPC delivering utility-scale solar and battery storage projects across the U.S. As their project portfolio grows, they’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution from preconstruction through field delivery.


You’ll lead a team of engineers supporting the design and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. This role bridges office-based engineering with on-site execution, ensuring designs are constructible, compliant, and aligned with project schedules. You’ll oversee internal staff and external consultants, coordinate with utilities and permitting bodies, and drive technical quality across all phases of project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a cross-disciplinary engineering team
  • Oversee electrical, civil, and structural scopes from design to construction
  • Review IFC packages, QA/QC docs, and technical submittals
  • Coordinate with utilities and AHJs to meet interconnection and code requirements
  • Align engineering solutions with field, procurement, and preconstruction teams
  • Support proposals, schedules, and continuous process improvement


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in renewable or utility-scale infrastructure
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Expertise in MV/HV systems, underground distribution, and interconnection
  • Proven ability to align design with field execution
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
