Job Description

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team projects. You will oversee technical design decisions and ensure timely project completion within your teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality technical contributions and collaborate with Product and Development to mitigate risks, including technical debt, system downtime, and security issues.
• Lead design reviews and maintain accountability for system designs within your team.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, coaching your team for sustainable operations.
• Balance scope, speed, and quality, maintaining efficient delivery and updating key stakeholders on progress.
• Break down complex projects into team tasks and create detailed execution plans with team leads.
• Lead cross-pod technical initiatives, share knowledge, and provide support across product groups.
• Apply and refine Agile/XP SDLC practices to meet project needs.
• Mentor engineers at various levels, assist with recruitment, and guide career development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
