Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • NPIP Management: Lead the implementation and execution of NPIP for new aftermarket products, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of existing aftermarket products, including product improvements, updates, and discontinuations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs. Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
  • Technical Support Coordination: Collaborate with technical support teams to address product-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.


Pre-Requisites:

  • 6+ years of experience in ADAS aftermarket operations, Product Operations, Driving Processes, Handle Customer Escalations.
  • Proven experience in managing NPIP and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing delivery operations and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing delivery employees.
