Summary
Key Responsibilities:
NPIP Management: Lead the implementation and execution of NPIP for new aftermarket products, ensuring timely and successful launches.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of existing aftermarket products, including product improvements, updates, and discontinuations.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs. Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
Technical Support Coordination: Collaborate with technical support teams to address product-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Pre-Requisites:
6+ years of experience in ADAS aftermarket operations, Product Operations, Driving Processes, Handle Customer Escalations.
Proven experience in managing NPIP and product lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Experience in managing delivery operations and logistics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
