Our client is a global leader in the production of mineral based products. They have facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. They are looking to add an Engineering Manager to their facility near Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, focusing on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Engineering Manager/Program Manager/Chemical Engineer/Manager/Maintenance/Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/Green Belt/Black Belt/Continuous Improvement/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/Operations/Production/Engineering

As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop and coordinate engineering policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Be a part of capital and maintenance projects
• Recommend, development, and manage continuous improvement plans

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + yearly bonus
