• Contribute hands-on where needed while enabling autonomy across the team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing engineering teams (5+ years preferred)
• Strong technical background in aerospace, mechanical, systems, or electrical engineering
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (ITAR compliance)
