I am hiring for Engineering Manager /Java Team Lead

Location: Knutsford - Hybrid / 2 days Per week in Office

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a technical lead with direct reports.
• Strong technical background, preferably in Java microservices and scalable backend systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams and deliver high-impact software.
• Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
• Maintain strong familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Bring a development background — ideally with experience in Java, microservices, and API design.
