WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage a talented team of engineers to develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient technology solutions.
• Oversee the successful execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Foster collaboration across teams (Product, Business, Management) to drive alignment and innovation in every product and software development cycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, including adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate system quality metrics, including bug rate, uptime, response time, and code coverage, to ensure the tech stack is robust and reliable.
• Build and maintain a healthy team culture by driving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Champion a data-driven approach to measuring team and system performance, iterating on feedback to continuously optimize processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a strong background in software engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in developing scalable, efficient, and high-quality tech solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye on delivery timelines and scope management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
