Job Location: Auburn Hills, MI Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Electronics 10 or more years of experience in product design and development required. Solid knowledge of SPICE, EM / Magnetic simulation, and circuit analysis Automotive products experience, such as Speed, Position sensors and Controls 3 or more years of management experience preferred. Extensive experience in electrical design, preferably in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sensor technologies. Experience in managing a Validation Lab, including test equipment selection, maintenance, and calibration strongly desired. Knowledge of automotive quality systems, such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 26262 and familiarity with automotive OEM requirements. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of electrical design engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
