As the Engineering Manager, you will also oversee technology planning, administration of work process, and both client and team management/development for assigned client projects. Education, Experience and Skills The successful candidate will possess the following: * Accredited Bachelors of Science degree in an Engineering discipline. * 15+ years of experience performing engineering analysis and design functions. * Professional Engineer license required. * Acknowledged expertise in more than one technical area. * Experience presenting to and developing client relationships. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities. * Strong multitasking and organizational abilities for efficiency. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
