Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Oversee the development of ADAS algorithms, perception systems, sensor fusion or embedded software/firmware.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Project Execution: Define roadmaps, set milestones, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ADAS features. Oversee end-to-end development, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality software/firmware solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, software, AI, and validation teams to develop integrated ADAS solutions.
• Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in ADAS and autonomous driving.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ADAS software and hardware, meeting real-time performance and safety requirements.

Pre-Requisites:

• 8+ years in ADAS, or embedded automotive software development, end to end development experience starting from order till production till delivery.
• Perception & Sensor Fusion (Radar, LiDAR, Cameras, Ultrasonics).
• Embedded Software Development (C++, Embedded C, RTOS, Linux).
• Machine Learning & AI for ADAS (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Vehicle Communication Protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet, V2X).
