About the Role:

We are looking for a People Manager with hands-on experience building distributed systems on C++ platforms. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving technical direction, team growth, and delivery excellence in high-scale system environments.

Experience - 16-19 years

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the technical and functional roadmap aligned with company and departmental goals.
• Manage team performance, development plans, and budget for a mid-sized or multiple engineering teams.
• Oversee and guide the resolution of production support issues and customer queries.
• Partner with architecture, software development, QA, and solutions teams to ensure system scalability, performance, and stability.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices.
• Communicate company and team updates clearly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in C++ development, particularly within distributed systems (Must Have).
• Strong leadership experience managing both people and technical initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and deliver impactful business outcomes.
